USA Wrestling has released their updated National rankings for Greco-Roman (with Women’s freestyle on Tuesday and Men’s freestyle later today) and three Iowan wrestlers have made the list. Cyclone Wrestling Club’s Jarod Trice and current University of Iowa wrestler Sam Stoll both coming in ranked at 130 kg (heavyweright).

Last year Trice made the consolation semifinals at the World Team Trials, falling 2-1 to Jake Kettler. Stoll on the other hand showed off his prowess by taking fifth at the U.S. Open (Seniors) and then later that summer took second at the Junior World Team Trials, falling to eventual Junior World bronze medalist Adam Coon in a best of three format. Trice is currently ranked #6 at heavyweight and Stoll rounds out the rankings at #10.

Also ranked a top the 85 kg weight class is former UNI wrestler Jordan Holm. Holm is coming off making two straight World Teams and he was runner-up at the 2012 Olympic Trials.
