Six Panthers are ranked in the top four in the Mid-American Conference in the December coaches poll. Dylan Peters, Cooper Moore, Cody Caldwell, and Blaize Cabell all remained at their respective ranks, with Levi Wolfensperger dropping to number two and Curt Maas entering the rankings at 174 pounds.

Maas enters the poll after being undefeated through the UNI’s first three duals of the season. Cabell beat the number one heavyweight Devin Mellon, 6-4, at the UCM Open earlier this year, but remains behind him in the poll at number two.

As far as team standings go, UNI is still ranked third, behind Missouri and Old Dominion. UNI is half a point behind ODU (Cabell actually getting the first place vote would put UNI alone in the second), and they have Ohio University nipping at their heels with 15 points.
