According to our own Lars Underbakke, Waukee’s Cody Anderson will be continuing his academic and wrestling career at the University of Wisconsin.
Anderson finished his career 153-34, placing third at 152 pounds in Class 3A. The four-time state place-winner (3rd, 5th, 3rd, 3rd) will be walking on to Chris Bono’s program.
“I loved everything about Coach Bono and Reader, especially their mentality. My visit just felt natural and I could see myself wrestling there in the future.”
Anderson was also considering Grand View and Campbell. He plans to major in Accounting.
