#1 Don Bosco vs. #8 Woodbury Central
Woodbury Central comes to the state dual tournament after winning their sectional by 31 points over Westwood, Sloan. They then moved on to a balanced regional with Underwood, AHSTW, and Mount Ayr. Some would say it was a bit of an upset that Woodbury came out on top with Underwood in the mix as well as a solid AHSTW. In the regional semifinals, they narrowly made their way past AHSTW 37-36 before topping Mount Ayr 57-20 to punch their ticket to state duals. We have the potential for two or three ranked matchups this meet. As always these matchups depend on if coaches want to rest their guys for the individual tournament or give them tough matches. Woodbury will have their hands full with the top seed in round one.
