Fargo Junior Greco-Roman Session II Results

Once again Team Iowa was whittled down after entering with 29 wrestlers and left with an even 20 wrestlers who are still in search of a All-American finish.

Returning All-Americans Brenden Baker (113), Bryce West (120), and Ryan Leisure (126) each has surprising losses and will now need to wrestle back for third.

Still in the hunt for the coveted national title are Drew West (113), Aaron Meyer (138), Chase Straw (152), Colton Clingenpeel (152), Dan Kelly  (152), and Carter Isley (285). West was a Cadet runner-up in and FILA Cadet national champion in 2014. Meyer has been picked as a favorite in his weight by some and is actually down a weight class from where he competed this past season as a member of the state champion Southeast Polk Rams.

2014 All-American Chase Straw still leads a strong contingent at 152, which includes fellow Iowa State commit Kelly, and Cadet freestyle All-American Clingenpeel.
