The 2025 AAU National Duals return to Des Moines this April, bringing together top-tier youth wrestling talent from across the Midwest and beyond. Set inside the spacious EMC Expo Center, the event will feature Elementary, Middle School, and Freshman/Sophomore and Junior/Senior High School divisions, showcasing the next generation of wrestling talent in a high-energy dual format.
Divisions & Mat Assignments:
- Elementary (Grades K–6): Mats 10–14
Must be currently enrolled in Grades K–6 - Lee Pamulak Middle School (Grades 6–8): Mats 1–9
Must be currently enrolled in Grades 6–8 - High School Grades 9–10 Division: Mats 15–23
Must be currently enrolled in Grades 8–10 - High School Grades 11–12 (Junior/Senior Division): Mats 24–30
Each participating team is guaranteed a minimum of 7 duals, with most squads getting 8 matches over the course of the two-day tournament. The 2024 edition welcomed 45 teams from Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Tennessee, and another strong turnout is expected in 2025.
