I was at the meet there was 2 Refs at this meet. 3 times the clock did not start and one time for about 45 seconds with the crowd yelling at them and they never caught it. HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN I CAN SEE ONCE BUT THREE TIMES WHAT IS THE SIDE REF LOOKING AT IF THAT WOULD OF BEEN ME I WOULD OF SAID KEEP THE MONEY I SCREWED UP TO MANY TIMES TO GET PAID.
