Team Iowa kicked off the “leg grabbing” portion of their tournament today and with almost 50 wrestlers competing for Iowa, it was a pretty solid round where 42 will still be wrestling in this afternoon’s session.
The 100 pound weight class is still looking solid for Team Iowa, as the placed Kyle Biscoglia, Gable Fox, Eric Faught, and Drew Bennett all through on the front side. Biscoglia, Fox, and Faught were all selected to make the top four by Flowrestling, and so far the results indicate they are a tough bunch.
Greco All-American Aden Reeves is off to a fast start with three technical falls. He is still alive for a title at 106.
