Recently Dale Hilleman ended his college search by committing with the Iowa State Cyclones. Hilleman capped off his career at West Marshall by pinning his way through the Iowa class 1A state tournament, scoring the maximum team points possible. Hilleman defended his crown at 170, where a year ago he defeated then 2x state champion Dylan Windfield in dramatic fashion by fall. The future Cyclone was also a USA Cadet Freestyle Fargo All-American in 2012 and a 3 x state place winner. We got a chance to sit down with Dale and talk to him about his future.
