The NFHS has released the new set of rule changes for the upcoming wrestling season. One of the biggest changes has to do with hair and the need for hair covers.
The basic principle of the rule is that
- Use of any style that results in hair not touching the brow, ear, collar means no haircover needed.
- Braids going down the neck = haircover. Braids going up the back to a short ponytail or bun = No haircover
