The 2018 3A State runner-up at 138 pounds has made his college decision. Deville Dentis has committed to wrestle for the Lakers of Iowa Lakes Community College.
“I chose Lakes because I feel like they are going to turn a lot of heads these next few years and that’s something I want to be apart of. I watch those guys wrestle and they just go after it, pure toughness.”
Deville plans is to compete at 149 pounds possibly 157.
Other colleges that Dentis considered were Clackamas, Iowa Central, Iowa Western, Southwest Minnesota State, and Northern State.
