Four teams will represent that state of Iowa in the NJCAA Division of the NWCA Multi-Divisional National Duals in Fort Wayne, Ind. on Thursday and Friday. Iowa Central Community College, Iowa Lakes Community College, Iowa Western Community College and Ellsworth Community College will all be competing. All four teams are ranked by InterMat in the NJCAA division.

Iowa Central enters the tournament ranked second, coming off a runner up NJCAA National Tournament finish in 2016. The Tritons will face Colby Community College on Thursday at 11 a.m. With a win, Iowa Central will take on the winner of Northwest/Nassau at 3 p.m.

Ranked third, Iowa Lakes Community College will open the tournament taking on Harper Community College at 11 a.m. With a win, the Lakers with face fellow Iowa program, Ellsworth Community College.

Iowa Western shares the third place ranking. The Reivers enter the tournament against Lincoln Community College. Following a potential win, Iowa Western will face the winner of Clackamas/Barton at 3 p.m.

The Panthers of Ellsworth Community College enter the National Duals ranked fifth. Ellsworth will open the tournament with a first round bye, beginning their day at 3 p.m. The Panthers will face the winner of Iowa Lakes/Harper.

The first round of the NWCA Multi-Divisonal National Duals will begin at 10 a.m. at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum. All action can be found live on Trackwrestling.
